There will be no Hatha Yoga class this week on Wednesday as I will be attending a funeral. Sadly my lovely uncle Aoidin passed away earlier this month and the family will be gathering to celebrate his life. There will then just be one more Wednesday Hatha Yoga class before Easter.
Speaking of Easter I'm taking a two-week break to celebrate the completion and submission of my final assignments for the MSc in Mindfulness Based Interventions with UCD [insert happy dance and lots of 'whoo-hoo-ing!!].
I'm now also thrilled to offer One to One Coaching in Mind & Brain Training, 4-Week Mindfulness for Beginners, or for more experienced practitioners, the 8-Week Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction course. If you have questions on these offerings why not schedule a quick/free chat with me to discuss? Message me directly to arrange.
On Monday evenings I have been offering Restorative Yoga classes and this has now evolved to also include Mindful Movement. This slow practice incorporates non-weight bearing mobility and flexibility for joints. It is suitable to anyone who has completed the MBSR course previously, anyone who is new to Yoga, or those who are looking to cultivate a mindful, slow, and therapeutic practice. This class is carried out mainly on the floor, or perhaps from your couch or bed if joining online. With lots of permission to move at your own pace, and prompts to cultivate a mindfulness practice through movement, this class will bring a deep awareness to the present moment experience without judgment.
If there is anything else I can help you with please let me know. Otherwise, hope to see you on the mat again soon.
