CóraYoga: Metta Meditation

Taking a few moments to sit, quietly reciting the following metta meditation whenever you need to bring a little stillness to your mind and body through sending love to yourself, to those you love, and to all beings everywhere.

May we all share the love.

These kind of moments are never a once-off. We need to be reminded of the need for self-awareness, self-care, and self-compassion on a regular basis. Is there something you can do to reflect on what you need today?
