October is my birthday month and it's a biggie this year as I'll be 50! I'm very grateful for this milestone and for all those around me who support me in all I do and those of you who come to share your time and practice with me. Here's to the next 50...????!!
October is going to be a busy month with a return to college to complete my Masters of Science in Mindfulness Based Interventions with UCD. As a result there will be no classes for mid-term as I work on a number of assignments for early November. I'm also gifting myself and my family my time on Wednesday October 6th for my 50th! Restorative Yoga: Monday 6.45pm-7.45pm, drop-in and online available. Oct 4th, 11th, 18th. No class 25th -- closed for mid-term. Limited in-person spots so please let me know directly if you'd like to join in studio. You will just need to bring along 2 pillow cases (to use on bolsters), 2 blankets, and your own mat.

Mindfulness for Donabate Portrane Active Age for All: 10-week course each Tuesday at the Community Centre in Donabate. These classes are offered through Active Age for All and are available to all 55+years of age. They run some amazing classes so why not check them out!
