Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR/MBCT)

MBSR/MBCT (Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction/Mindfulness based Cognitive Therapy) is an 8-week evidence-based program offering intensive mind training to support people suffering with symptoms of stress, anxiety, pain, and depression.

The program can be offered in-person or online. It includes a weekly 2.5 hour gathering and a half-day (if online) or full day retreat when in-person approximately half-way through the course. You will be introduced to many mindfulness practices to identify which suits you and your lifestyle.

Participants will be taught to have a daily practice with mindful exercises including gentle yoga movements with a qualified yoga therapist. (No experience of yoga required and modifications are provided for full accessibility to all).
