Slow Flow Hatha Yoga for Healthy Spine & Hips 5-Week Course
This is an event series

Classes are dynamic but the pace is slow and steady to engage deeply with the muscular and nervous systems. Focus is on flexibility, mobility, and on releasing tension in the body. This practice encourages you to connect to how you're feeling at the present moment with awareness on the breath through this mindful movement.

The Hatha yoga class has been fantastic for stretching out all problems in my hips and aiding recovery of painful injuries. Thank you for keeping me young with your wonderful classes.

Córa is a great instructor, who thoroughly explains poses and will make you feel very welcome. You will leave her Hatha classes feeling completely relaxed and grateful for having been a little bit challenged. Also expect a few laughs!
