Restorative Yoga for Anxiety 3-Week Course
This is an event series

Restorative Yoga is a slow practice of yoga postures, each held for longer than in regular classes with the support of props such as folded blankets, cushions, blocks, to stimulate the parasympathetic nervous system, also known as the “rest and digest system”.

Mindful movement focuses on joint mobility and flexibility with guidance on non-judgmental awareness of how things are at the present moment.

Suitable to those who are overwhelmed, anxious, stressed, or those recovering from illness and injury. Accessible and open to complete beginners as well as more experienced practitioners looking to cultivate a practice of introspection and self-compassion.
